Howard Brandt is a Cradle Catholic. Born and raised Catholic and attended Catholic Schools. He was one of Credo’s founders along with Tom Gates, Paul Bair, Fred Haehnel and Ken Jones. The motivation for Credo was the liberties some priests taking with the Mass after Vatican II, at some parishes it was hard to believe you were actually in a Catholic Church. Credo’s purpose was to support the Magesterium, the Holy Father and those good bishops and priests in union with him. That was our original purpose and continues to be our goal today. Howard was appointed Treasurer of Credo at its founding and continues to serve the organization in that capacity. In addition he has served as news letter editor and performs a variety of other duties too numerous to mention in this short summary. He is retired from banking after 35y ears.
